| General Information: |
Joy is a 3 year old PMU filly who we rescued as a yearling. We don't know
her breeding but we know she can be registered through AWS or AWR, which
I will do this year if I still have her. Joy was started under saddle this spring and
has been trail ridden a few times each week. She will be ready for more ring work as she ages.
She is calm and fun w/t/c and has never done anything silly with me. She truly
has a GREAT brain, smooth gaits, excellent coordination and will be competitive
in most disciplines. Because she is so calm, sweet, brave and honest, I can see Joy as a pony
club mount for a child ready to bring along her own youngster. Joy is built uphill
and has the cutest face with a kind eye. She is very flashy with her white-on-black!
Currently, she is almost 15H and will mature to 15.1 or 15.2 H, and she will get
more width through her chest but will not be too thick. She is UTD on all vet work,
knows all basic ground manners (ties, clips, loads, etc.), and has no history of
lameness or illness. In the field she is submissive, and she has been our "babysitter"
for Jellybean, our pony filly, this year. She is an easy keeper and overall very
easygoing.
